With the blessing of Lord Shree Jagannath & Following the philosophy of the “Art of Giving” initiated by our Honorable Founder, Prof. Dr. Achyuta Samanta, and Dr. Jugajyoti Pathi, Deputy Director (Admin.), KIDS, a free dental treatment camp and toothpaste sample distribution was conducted for Sevayats of Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri organized by the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences, KIIT Deemed to be University under the supervision of Dr.Gunjan Kumar (faculty), Dr.Shiba Behera (faculty), postgraduates Dr.Samikshya, Dr.Yagnaseni, Dr.Aseema, interns and paramedics on 19.09.2022.
Dental extractions, restorations, and oral prophylaxis were carried out among 153 patients in the mobile dental van and portable dental chair followed by the distribution of medications among the people.
