Promoting the ideology of the “Art of Giving” and celebration of “Bharat Ka Amrit Mahotsav” NSS wing, Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences (KIDS), KIIT Deemed to be University, observed World Oral Health Day, 2022,
The students and faculty members of KIDS created awareness on the importance of maintaining oral hygiene in different orphanage homes of Bhubaneswar, with distribution of free toothpaste & toothbrush samples, the event finally got concluded at KIDS auditorium with motivational lecture and cultural events for Students & Interns.
Dr. Jugajyoti Pathi, Asst. Director (Administration), & Prof. Dr. Aswini Kumar Kar, Principal, KIDS, addressed the participants and motivated them towards maintaining Oral Hygiene & its importance for healthy life. On the occasion, KIDS also organized slogan and poster competitions in virtual mode with the theme of oral health, Dr. Jugajyoti Pathi announced the winners of the competition.
Dr. Dhirendra Kumar Singh, Faculty & NSS Programme officer, KIDS,coordinated the entire event.
