Following the philosophy of the “Art of Giving” initiated by our Founder, Dr. Achyuta Samanta, on the occasion of National Dentist Day, a free dental treatment camp was conducted in association with SAKHA-Garima Greh at MSM Transgender community, Kargil Basti, Aerodome area, Bhubaneswar organised by the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences, KIIT Deemed to be University under the supervision of Dr.Gunjan Kumar , Dr.Alok Kumar Sethi , Dr.Arpita Singh (Phd Scholar) and postgraduates.
Dental extractions, restorations and oral prophylaxis were carried out in the mobile dental van followed by the distribution of toothpastes among the transgenders sponsored by Dabur India Limited.
