Following the philosophy of the “Art of Giving” initiated by our Founder, Prof. Dr. Achyuta Samanta, under his leadership, a Mega Health Check-up camp was organized by Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Dholakath Village in Damapada Range, Chandaka Wildlife Division, Bhubaneswar, 13.03.2024. Under the leadership of our respected Dr. Jugajyoti Pathi [Director (Administration)] and our respected Principal Dr. Aswini Kumar Kar, the dental screening camp was conducted by the Department of Public Health Dentistry of Kalinga Institute of Dental
Sciences on 13.03.2024. Under the guidance of Dr. Ipseeta Menon (HOD and Professor), The screened patients mostly were diagnosed with grossly decayed teeth, stains and calculus deposits and dental caries. Total number of patients screened: 121 The camp benefitted the patients with free consultations. For treatment procedures,patients were referred to the tertiary institute.
