Under the leadership of our founder, Prof. Dr. Achyuta Samanta sir, and in accordance with his philosophy of the “Art of Giving,” an initiative was led by our esteemed Dr. Jugajyoti Pathi [Director (Administration)] and our Principal Dr. Aswini Kumar Kar. At Shri Shri Baleswar High School, 42 Mauja, Bhubaneswar, a free dental treatment camp was organized.
The department of Public Health Dentistry of Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences, Bhubaneswar conducted the camp under the guidance of Dr. Ipseeta Menon (HOD and Professor), on 11.11.2023 to observe the National Toothbrushing Day among the deaf and mute children of the Shri Shri Baleswar High School.
The special children were educated about proper tooth brushing techniques using the tooth brush model. They were provided with free toothbrushes and toothpastes.
