Alok Kumar Sethi

Dr. Alok Sethi did his undergraduation from KLE VK Institute of Dental Sciences, Belgavi in the year 2005. Subsequently, he started his private practice actively in his home town. Though he was tasting success, he could feel the need of specialised training in certain fields which could address the problems faced by that strata of the society. He then went on to pursue specialisation in the subject of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from the prestigious SCB Govt. Dental College & Hospital, Cuttack in Odishain the year 2011. There he got himself well trained in the intricate complicacies of Onco-surgery, Orthognathic surgery and other allied subjects. The training so received took him to another level of patient care. He then joined Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences to render the training received to impart both education and surgical expertise to the patient population attending the prestigious Institute of Eminence i.e., the KIIT University. Along the journey, he has also taken keen interest in publishing various scientific literature with an inquisitive mind. He now actively teaches the students while also attending the hospital based patient population. He is quite contended with the job satisfaction along with what he loves the most, “learning while teaching”.
